Apart from exercising and keeping a count on how many calories to eat to lose weight, you need to stay motivated to keep losing weight on a daily basis. Few of the things you can do include social networking on facebook and twitter, reading other people’s blogs and success stories and of course watching motivational videos on youtube, vimeo etc. While hollywood movies do motivate, I have noticed that real people will be able to motivate you much more than movies.
This is because for stars there are 2-3 different trainers, physique and diet experts etc. For a normal 9-5 job person not only this becomes difficult, it is also costly. You have to look after your family and personal work and then take out time for exercise and workout. I would personally recommend joining a weight loss community and start your own blog to keep yourself motivated throughout your workout period.
