I let my friends and family know about business, but I don’t bug them. They let me know when they are ready. Exposure, exposure and exposure. What I did is joined an active networking group and that works great because do a lot of 1 on 1 with other members so we get to know each other so that I may refer the right person that I come across looking for their type of business they offer. Of course the key is keeping in touch with them so they will keep you in mind.

Family/friends should stay JUST THAT. Family/friends. They are the LAST ones to do business with you. You are better off creating leads & connecting with the people that expect you to have fun all the time & aren’t used to the business side of you.
